Missing items

I recently bought from this store and when I received my order I saw that I was missing an item from my order. One of the items I was missing was the coin purse then I proceeded to contact the shop to let them know that I was missing this item. And I received a message back saying they were going to send it out and send me the tracking details and I haven’t heard from them since. I tried contacting them again and I never reciprocated a refund or item back. So I would recommend just buying products in small parts because I did spend a bit over $50. As I bought key covers for all my keys which where $6 each and still bought the coin purse that was $16.
